These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Whiteboard Institute (the "platform") by parents, the children they enrol, and instructors. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The platform is used by parents on behalf of their children. Parents are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for keeping login credentials secure, and for their child's use of the platform under their account.
Each child's curriculum is personalized based on their learning-style assessment and is intended as a homeschool learning resource. Course access, live sessions, and instructor matching are provided according to the plan a parent has selected.
Fees are billed per child based on the subjects and plan selected. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout. Cancelling a plan stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund completed billing periods except where required by law.
The platform may not be used to share another family's account, to harass or misrepresent instructors or staff, to upload harmful or infringing content, or to attempt to access parts of the platform not made available to your account.
All instructors are vetted and employed directly by Whiteboard Institute. Live sessions and messaging are provided for educational purposes and may be reviewed for quality and safety.
Course materials, curriculum design, and platform content are the property of Whiteboard Institute and are licensed to enrolled families for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. A parent may close their account at any time by contacting us.
The platform is provided "as is." While we work to keep it reliable and accurate, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that curriculum outcomes will match every family's expectations.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
